Chalk one up for America: plastic wrap

Yes indeed, America definitely wins the plastic wrap award. For whatever reason the technology in Europe fails badly to have clingy plastic wrap cling to anything other than itself. All the expats we knew in France would smuggle in good, useful plastic wrap into the country. Whereas even the cheapest stuff in the US will typically come off the roll, cover a dish, and adhere to it.

My kids were marveling at this technology last night as they cleaned up the dishes after dinner.
