Weeklong dogfooding of @shortmail hits early snags. Gmail import fails and ironically @shortmail support goes to GetSatisfaction 27 minutes ago via Twitter for iPad

My complaint: Shortmail uses GetSatisfaction for support. No offense to GetSatisfaction but this would be like Twitter not using Twitter for support. Simple idea: Shortmail has public email threads. When you need support simply email to support@shortmail.com and it defaults to public. Allow public emails to be crawled. Voila, support via your own service.
